LT Panel
Subtech LT panels distribute power from transformer to load. Engineered to your SLD. CPRI-tested. 63A to 6300A. Supplied to NTPC, GAIL, DMRC, Indian Railways, and AAI.

What is an LT Panel?
Every unit of electricity your facility consumes passes through an LT panel. It sits between your distribution transformer and every motor, light, HVAC unit, lift, and process machine you run.
Get the LT panel wrong and the consequences follow you for the lifetime of the installation. Undersized busbars that overheat. Wrong fault-level ratings that fail during a short circuit. Wrong IP ratings that corrode in two monsoons.
Subtech designs every LT panel to order starting from your single-line diagram. We do the busbar sizing, short-circuit calculations, fault-level study, thermal de-rating, and IP-rating selection before a single sheet of steel is cut.
Why this matters for your facility
CPRI Type-Tested. Not Self-Certified.
Short-circuit tested at CPRI Bhopal. Not calculated on paper. Physically tested under fault conditions. Certificates supplied with every panel.
Busbars Sized for the Installation
Copper or aluminium busbars sized with proper de-rating for ambient temperature and IP enclosure.
Branded Switchgear. No Substitutions.
ACBs, MCCBs, MCBs, and contactors from Schneider, Siemens, ABB, or L&T.
Correct Form Segregation. Not Just Claimed.
Form 4b is genuinely Form 4b. Physical barriers between busbar, functional units, and terminations.
Built for 50 Degree Celsius Ambient
Every panel is designed for Indian field conditions. Anti-condensation heaters on outdoor panels.
Original Drawings Retained for Life
We keep design files for every panel we ship. Need a spare or wiring diagram eight years later? We can identify exactly what went into your panel.
Where Subtech panels are deployed
Industrial Plants
Pharma, food, plastics, and automotive plants use Subtech MCC and PCC panels as the central distribution point for all motors and process equipment.
Commercial Buildings and IT Parks
Malls, office towers, and IT parks distribute transformer output across HVAC, lifts, lighting, and tenant feeders through Subtech main incomer panels.
Hospitals
Critical-load and non-critical-load LT panels segregate emergency and normal power.
Government and PSU Infrastructure
Supplied to Indian Railways, AAI, DMRC, BHEL, NTPC, and GAIL.
Water Utilities and Pumping Stations
UP Jal Nigam and Delhi Jal Board use Subtech MCC panels with DOL, star-delta, soft starter, and VFD outgoing modules.
Smart City Street Lighting
Outdoor IP65 feeder pillars with timer, RF, and photocell control.
LT Panel Types and Configurations
Every configuration built to order from your SLD.
Main LT Incomer Panel
Receives power from transformer secondary. ACB incomer with multifunction meter, surge protection, and metering CTs.
