Subtech is a 25+ year-old Indian manufacturing company specialising in smart electrical automation. We design and build motor control panels, pump automation systems, generator control panels, and IoT-based monitoring solutions from our facility in Greater Noida.

Sales Executive – Smart Motor Panels
Drive revenue across Subtech's smart motor control panel range. Manage existing dealer relationships, identify new institutional clients, and own the full sales cycle.
- 3+ years of B2B field sales in electrical, automation or related industry
- Strong relationships with electrical contractors, dealers or government EPC firms
- Two-wheeler/four-wheeler license preferred
Embedded Firmware Engineer
Develop firmware for Subtech's MPU and PMC platforms. Work on motor protection logic, sensor interfacing, RF communication and IoT integration.
- Strong embedded C / C++ on STM32, ESP32 or PIC
- Experience with UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, timers and interrupts
- Bonus: RF protocol design, FreeRTOS, low-power optimisation
Panel Wiring Technician
Hands-on assembly, wiring and quality testing of motor control panels in our Greater Noida facility. ITI/Diploma in electrical preferred.
- 2+ years of panel wiring experience
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Familiarity with contactors, relays, MCBs, MCCBs and busbars
Service Engineer
Field commissioning and after-sales support across India. Handle on-site troubleshooting, customer training, and warranty work for installed Subtech panels.
- Diploma/Degree in electrical engineering
- Willingness to travel 60–70% of the time
- Strong communication skills in Hindi and English
Digital Marketing Executive
Run Subtech's digital presence — manage the website, social media, ad campaigns, content calendar and dealer marketing collateral.
- 2+ years in digital marketing, ideally in B2B / industrial
- Hands-on with Meta Ads, Google Ads, basic SEO and analytics
- Comfortable creating product content in English and Hindi
