Return & Replacement Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY
  • Orders can be canceled by contacting customer support at +918506060581 or email us at support@subtech.in before dispatch.

  • If an order has been dispatched, cancellation is possible by refusing to accept the delivery.

  • Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the original product by our courier.

NON-REPLACEMENT SITUATIONS

Replacements will not be granted under the following circumstances:

  • Customer dissatisfaction with the quality of a defect-free product.

  • Physical damage not reported within 48 hours of receipt.

  • Damage resulting from an electrical surge or user misuse.

ADDITIONAL REPLACEMENT GUIDELINES
  • A fresh unit can be provided if the delivered product is malfunctioning within 7 days of delivery.

  • Any discrepancies between the received product and its representation on the site must be reported to our customer support team within 48 hours of receipt.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR REPLACEMENT
  • Products must be in their original condition.

  • Only unaltered products with original tags will be accepted.

  • Brand packaging should remain intact.

REPLACEMENT CONDITIONS
  • Customers may request a replacement within 3 days of delivery if the received product is found to have any issues.

  • To initiate a replacement for a faulty or damaged product, contact our customer service at +918506060581 within 1-2 days of receipt. Replacement is subject to product availability and compliance with the terms and conditions outlined below
